Orders and returns:

Shipping is currently FREE! However, we currently ship only within the United States. If you have a special request, please contact us.

Your orders will be shipped by USPS Priority or UPS Ground. You will always receive tracking information.

Returns and Exchanges:

Most importantly, we want you and your furriends to be happy! With that in mind, please know that we will work with you ensure your satisfaction. We do ask that you closely review the Size Chart link provided on this site to order the best fit.

If your product is defective, please let us know immediately by using the Contact Us form on this site.


If you would like to exchange an item, please Contact Us via email or call 917-692-7983 to make arrangements. Your new item will be ordered and shipped free of charge when your original item is received in new/unused condition with tags.


If you are unhappy with your purchase, please Contact Us and we can arrange a return. If you are returning your purchase after you have made an exchange, a flat fee of $6 will be taken from your refund. Your purchase will be refunded when the product is returned in its unused condition with tags.  Refunds should be processed within 2-3 weeks of receipt of the product.

Errors on

Despite all of our best efforts, there is always the possibility that there will be an error in the typing or the technology. In the event that a Pets en Voyage product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Pets en Voyage reserves the right to cancel any orders placed for product listed at that incorrect price. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Pets en Voyage shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the full amount of the incorrect price.
